Best of luck for Monday. I am sloping off tomorrow for a week, so I won't be around.

For your holiday in the Channel Islands? Hope you have a wonderful time.

Unfortunately she is also the sort of dog who evades capture when it's time to go back on the lead. The owners tell me the only way to get her back sometimes is to bribe her with crisps. Crisps???? I thought salt was bad for dogs? I have bought some salt'n'shake crisps and have successfully got her back on the lead by using them unsalted.

Sounds like some major "fail" on necessary training by the owners.

I prefer dogs who do several miles to the human walker's one, too, much more fun.

    Scan results in.

New nuerologist definitely, and yeah, probably path to a couple of minor noggin surgeries. This is great news ( apart from I don't want to cut my hair much :() Not what they thought, so I'm not officially ugly. ;)

The consultant is also recommending a new endocrinologist.

Feel very happy. These are the two most crucial in my team and the two I like the least.

Good news about the non-ugly, nice that the doctors have worked out what we already knew:D.

Pity about the noggin surgery, hope it goes well for you.

Tom, it doesn't work from you, however sweet. You haven't met me. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I know how I look. ( and there is no smiley face to adaquate ly sum up how I feel about it)

    It will go ok.

I think this also makes my fil easier. With answers clearer it seems silly to muddy the waters with others.

I have ben thinking about it and I strongly suspect the way it will have come up will have been with a negative association, not 'b1tchy' but the story that 'its very sad, the situation with fir and lir and that she ' won't '' come here and the idea that there is something vaguely up with me. No mention will have been made of the rest of the situation because that's rarely how these things go, particularly with these people.

I don't think the situation can start well, if not from their part, then in truth, from mine. Might not be big of me but at least I can admit it. If things change and I miss out then, more fool me. But I feel strongly that I should not this opportunity without being prepared to offer something back and I am unable to offer what fil would want from me. So......I feel today at least inclined to write a very nice, grateful email thanking but declining.

In anycase, they would be here just a few days after a consult appt. when decisions will be made so,' too late' and I'll be 'done in anyway'. Even were I to go with the best attitude possible it might be the opposite of helpful.

I'm not totally decided but that's how I am leaning.

    I've seen photographic evidence:p

Edit: Or at least, I think I've seen it... fairly sure, in a 'now I'm doubting myself' kind of way.

    You've got a pxrn site?

    Now, that's interesting.

Fairly sure I've seen photographs of most of the people here over the years. But not on pxrn sites. That would be a new development.
