It must be tough living so close to the edge, below the poverty line and all that.....
£200k is probably the sum of my entire lifelong earnings income.... the sum of ... in total. 30+ years of work ....
Life would be a bit easier if I did really earn £200k, or anything like that much. But alas, no. Still, it's not the cost but the inconvenience of having to move twice in quick succession that is the pain.0 -

Nobody ever said you're supposed to flirt to get offered stuff. Why didn't anybody tell me??
Hmm, that us a bit simp listing. Flirting to get stuff is a bit...teasing at best and scaling towards prostitution.
But if someone wants to buy me a meal and I don't object I'll make nice between discussions,
I was also happy to go Dutch
, mp it might not accepted all those invitations, or might have dragged people to places less the sort of place they wanted to go if I was keen to spend time with them

Working in the West End/Mayfair was great.
I loved working in the West End in the early days of my career. One of my colleagues was also a restaurant critic. We had some fantastic lunches. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I quite agree!
Speaking of suspenders, when I worked for a major high street store where they also sell underwear, a large lady came in (size 24) wanting a suspender belt but we only sold them in sizes up to 20. Not knowing much about these things (I was 16 at the time and it was my Saturday job) I thought you could join two 12s together to make a 24. Heaven only knows how many dangly bits you'd get. My colleagues never let me live that one down. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Actually, eight dangly bits would be ok. I don't think you did too badly. It would be more the cut of the rest of the belt, if it were a simple belt it would work. Edit: some fetish wear have more straps, up to about twelve , I think.
I prefer six strap suspender belts
to four which can feel a little flimsy, and not give a good support to the stocking. But they are hard to find, in nice styles anyway. The other bonus with a six strap is its more flattering IMO. Very flimsy four staps are beautiful, but like the bikini principle, something neither to large nor too small is most flattering to the wearer's behind.
Edit: thank you for getting this peeve. I was feeling a bit like an oddity for being so peeved by it. Your understanding makes me feel better about it.
Its got so that when I find it modelled properly I feel the need to share it, but no one else is really interested .

Were it not for this thread I'd have no idea in what order such garments should be put on. I guess when someone is photographing suspenders in order to sell them (or indeed the person wearing them), they want them on full view?0 -

But then don't you want the matching knickers on fulL view and to see properly how they'll look when worn together? The same pics are often used for the knicker listings.0 -

Been there! I thought I was being lazy when I decided to wear them the right way. Last time I bought a set involving suspenders, I was MSE and didn't buy the knickers at all.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Oh dear, you see, ...had they been pictured correctly you would have known. I was correct to be cross!
I like knickers. I also like camis and slips. I really like underwear. DH isn't that fussed about underwear, but I like it.
