    :D

    That made me feel better.

    Its kinda funny.

I have to pee in a mammoth bottle for twenty four hours they just called to tell me.

Apparently I have done this a few times before and don't remember. I asked for two bottles and they said no that all my piddle would fit in this one and I'll understand when I see it.

If its so huge that it fits a day of my piddle in I'm not sure I'll be able to carry it any where. :rotfl:

When I worked in a hospital clinical chemistry lab, we used to receive such specimens. Can't say taking aliquots from them was my favourite part of the day, but they used to arrive in this type of thing:

Tbh they should really just give you two if you ask for it. We used to receive some specimens in inappropriate vessels (e.g. an old coke bottle - not much good if you're looking for sugars etc.).

I've been looking at built in dog beds on google image.

    Some are amazing. Just amazing.

There were some incredible Wendy houses at the Ideal Home Show. I fell in love with one that was an American Diner-type thing. If I wouldn't have looked ridiculous trying to squeeze into it I would have been a bit too tempted to get one.

Deciding what jobs to do this weekend here - NDB gets a free pass, what with running the marathon and then flying to Israel for Passover....

Does taking it easy count as a job? :)

Have you done a fair market rate comparison? What's the competition doing?

That's a good point michaels. The people I know who have been looking in St Albans feel as though they are being priced out, so it could be bravado/all your tenants can afford. If it is the going rate though, it is the going rate...

I was taken by surprise when I drove past an American diner in the most unlikely looking of spots.... in what used to be a shabby 2nd hand car sales lot at a desolate end of a desperate Cornish small clay mining country village.

Our current one Colgate was allegedly 100 but free with a 4 pack of heads from wait rose. Given what the heads cost it may be more cost effective to get a new one than buy more heads when they run out. I do think the sonic ones make your teeth feel cleaner than the cheaper ones.

In negotiation over rent, possible tenant being very pushy for a big reduction below asking rate which has annoyed me so have dug my heels in, willing to accept 10% off but not 20, perhaps in a months time if we have a void I will be regretting it....

Sorry about that, I just want to make a reasonable profit when I sub let it!

I guess I could sterilise a Kilner ( which autocorrect wants to call Kilmer) but tbh am reluctant to part with one.

Ironically they are testing for something I used to know a lot about ( subject of my study, albeit in different species and for different reason) but its all lost in the holes up there. One of the things I was keen to investigate was if urine was better than blood and crucially something else was better still in some applications. Now I'd just stay...stick me:rotfl: apparently my blood readings as well as heart showed a marked spike on Friday. I think Friday was just a bit of a rough day. Funnily enough I felt ok!

You will anyway, by the time you've put up that stud partitioning and fitted bunk beds in all the rooms....

    My Friday doctor....

I feel that having a different doctor for each day of the week might be a bit of a posh alert. PN can you opine please?
