One big downer on my wish list was I wanted Asda to be my nearest supermarket and it's still not. It's 4 miles away - but a very heavy traffic/standstill 4 miles.0

Nooooo. The copper will conduct the heat away and the bath will cool down faster than it would in a normal bath. Unless you like the idea of continually letting a bit out and topping up with more hot?
