Very cool spirit. Out cools res p who met with a film director today.
On res p news, res p also saw family friend doctor this week who thinks res p is being absent minded rather than anything else. Has sent home a book to read on memory. I conveyed this to DH who is very unconvinced. I dunno. I am beginning to wonder if res p is drinking more again and that the problem. Anyway. If its not that I'm glad, I did say I didn't think those dementia test questions would be failed when I read them. Its not THAT kind of problem. But if you ask when my birth day was they'd have less of a clue than you lot, doesn't even know the year often. Cannot remember my name often. Oh, and the bloody failure to turn taps off, which was costly enough on cold water makes my blood boil with hot water. Res p and dor seem to think its funny, and dr said its not a problem, Res or got cross when I said, well its not a problem if you nor he are paying the bill. When did I get a teenage kid? Huh?0 -
Back ... been away to the far south west since last Friday.
Anyway .... re a house - I decided to just "buy a house .... almost any house" - so looked today and found one, viewed it - and am thinking of buying it so I have a house ... and ignoring the fact it's not really got much on my tick list
By this time tomorrow I might have made an offer on it.0 -
Too much happening here for me to read fully, or write at the mo, but just wanted to pop in to send Generali good vibes and fingers crossed the news is good tomorrow. Was so relieved SiL behaved at the weekend too!0

I will list some of the wish list .... and compare:
Garage? No
Conservatory? No
Utility? No
Kitchen off lounge? No
Breakfast bar/potential? No
Sunny back garden? No
En-suite? No
And on top of that it's pretty much located in an industrial estate
But..... it does have some pluses... honest.
Spending all of budget? No
Newish? Yes
Walking/cycling distance of useful shops for food, chips, indian, beachy bits, town shops? Yes
Flat/no main roads for walking/cycling potential? Yes
Move in and live from day one? Yes
Space for conservatory/similar? Yes
Can't have everything I decided... because everything was further from stuff/shops.0 -

Hello!
Don't know what' market is like round you but there are precisely four things we've even considered viewing here ( in the five towns in the balance). Treacly slow. Them forerunner is overpriced but been sitting on market for months but won't take offers. Then there is another fixer upper (its inherited this madness of buying wrecks with no profit in them).0 -

I'd have loved you to find 'The House' right now, PN. But I'm really pleased to think that you might have a house of your own. Good luck.0 -
