What could you do to this house to expand it?

  • Also seeing as loads of other houses around that road have extensions I can't imagine and single or even double storey extension getting knocked back? Didn't the Tories relax the planning laws to make home improvements easier?
  • Not sure how you mean, would that involve moving the garage or building ext to the garage to do that?

Sorry, been offline for a bit.

I mean moving the garage up to be alongside the house and then extending out over the top.

Have a look here as an example of what I mean. House on the left has the garage set back, house on the right has brought the garage up and extended over the top of it.
