Wow thanks for all the replies!
She will occasionally eat marmite sandwiches but hates all, other fillings:spready cheese, ham, cheese, peanut butter are all a big no no!
I have been looking at the bento box ideas already and really like the idea
.
we get free school meals at the mo so she has that 4/5 days a week but I don't know how much she eats and she always comes home starving even after saying she really liked it and ate it all.
She loves home made pizza,we usually eat it all so there are no left overs so I will make extra next time and see if she will have it cold.
Thanks guys!ADVISE-"I advise you get help"

easy quiche (Slimming world recipe)
Fill the flan tin with whatever filling you want (Veg, ham chunks, corned beef, whatever)
Mix 4 eggs with at un of cottage cheese, season, pour over the filling and bake. Keep in the fridge, cut into slices and serve.0 -
Ryvita with stuff on top. My senior school used to do a few Ryvitas with a pot of pat! and salad on the side as one of their lunches. I never ate the salad but used to love my Ryvitas with pat! (still do!).
Not the healthiest, but okay for once a week, or find another topping!
Try it. They're lovely!

I bought one of these for my daughter as she is a sandwich hater too. It keeps her pasta warm (with no risk of burning) You just prime it with hot water whilst waiting for your pasta to cook (eaxctly the same as a normal thermos) - I use a stir in sauce with it and daughter eats it all

Could it be just cold food in general that she doesn't like?
I was and still am the same, sandwiches etc never did it for me i wanted a hot meal, it's much easier for me now as I have access to a microwave but school lunches I often ended up with a flask, what about jacket potatoes, or things like chili and rice in a food thermos?Yes Your Dukeiness

Have you considered something like this? http://www.dunelm-mill.com/shop/aladdin-bento-0.6l-lunch-box-201358
I've got one, I don't use it often (kinda forgot I had it actually) the only annoyance for me is that you have to heat the food in the pot in the microwave for it to keep its heat. You can't warm something up and then put it in there and expect it to stay warm. It would be ideal for her to have warm pasta etc though.0 -
I get bored of sandwiches super quick. Some of my favourite alternatives are carr's cheese crackers (heaven) with some brie on top, veg sticks with houmous, morrison's mini deli quiches are a delight as well, or simply make them yourself to be MSE.0

Thanks guys!
If she likes the cold home made pizza an easy and quick think me and DH sometimes have for our packed lunches is what we call a pretend calzone. Make homemade pizzas on a wrap but only put it on half of the wrap, then fold it over and pop it in the oven for 5-10 mins. They're really yummy and we usually just use a tomato puree for the base then add anything we want- it's a good way of getting some of our 5 a day in- stick pineapple, sweetcorn, mushroom, onion in and top with cheese.0 -
Another vote for the food flask above. We have one just like it - sometimes pasta other times, inspired by yellow stickered stuff in Waitrose - Most of the winter has been organic meat (large portion), 2 veg and mash for about 40p a day and she has loved it0
