I think the maximum you can withdraw is the equivalent of £300 a day, but some ATMs have a lower limit than that.

Remember if it asks if you want charged in EURO or GBP that you choose EURO.

Is there a daily cash withdrawal limit?

You can use your new Halifax Clarity Credit Card or Halifax Rewards Clarity Credit Card to withdraw up to £500 per day from any cash machine in the world that has MasterCard logo. You pay interest from the day you withdraw cash, but unlike many other cards, there's no withdrawal fee.

Thanks for that. I don't know if it has changed since I got it a couple of years ago or whether I am confusing it with the Nationwide FlexAccount debit card I used to use.

Handy to know it's £500 as we are going to the US soon and there is a per transaction fee. However I will still be restricted by any restriction the ATM imposes. Won't stop me trying for the equivalent of £500 though!

Thanks for the info. I shall hit that one when I'm in that area, but think I will be using the one at the top of M&M World more often as we will be based nearer there.
