Lol well smoothly isn't what I'd call it.Turned up at 8:50 at the court...waited and waited...got sent upstairs...waited and waited...along came a woman and asked what I was here for-and when I told her bankruptcy she said "Oh you need to go along to the court in ***".She rang them up and explained I'd gone to the wrong place and they told me to get there asap.So off I went on a mad dash to get petrol(was in the red on the guage) and drove off-got there 30 mins later.Got my paperwork checked and yes I had made a few mistakes, but it was all sorted out quickly.Got taken upstairs-didn't even see the judge-waited in the waiting room and the usher went through and got my papers signed. Then I went for a walk as I was told the OR wouldn't ring for 30 mins or so.Went back, OR rang and we had a quick chat and she told me I would get a letter in the next few days.Told me I might have my account frozen for a day or so but if I needed money to go to the bank and ask them to ring the OR and they would instruct the bank to release the funds. She said she would write a letter saying the OR had no interest in the account but that sometimes it could take a few days to process it.And then I went home.Got my case number, so just waiting for credit cards to start calling

That all sounds quite comical but i bet for you, who was highly stressed, it wasn't:rolleyes:
I'm so glad its all went well in the end.:TThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
