Put an offer in on a house

It's well known my dislike of high house prices. Anyone it's become quite clear that prices are not coming down so I have put an offer in. I am currently waiting to hear back. Owners want 160k I have offered 110k

Best of luck Flo. You are using some real hardball hpc.co.uk bargaining there.

    Floridaman, are you being serious?

I am in a similar position to you I believe. I am fed up of house prices, but I am taking the plunge as I don't think they will fall substantially for a long time (if ever).

Post a picture of your potential house.

My plan is to go to 150k on a 160k house. I am hoping the first 2 offers make them think. I really don't want to go to 160k as the 10k I could save will cover moving costs, legal bills etc
