ref the no show of on line apg vouchers, they have a lot to pay out this month so may take a while

Zippy, not all council let you pay with 3v anymore....so maybe yours does not allow it. It is discussed in more detail on pts, apparently it depends on who the council uses to process the cards. I tried my council and got declined.
