3v help please

im trying to pay my council tax, I keep getting the message after I enter the card number and the 3 digit code that the card is declined by the bank. no idea what im doing wrong

Im sure someone will correct me if Im wrong Zippy. I'm pretty sure you can't use them for this any longer. I hope Im wrong

Thanks, bubbs. Thought it was just me. I know that my DS will love these but there's only so much that I can get in the cases!! Apart from numerous (:rotfl::rotfl::o) outfits for my DGC (including the cutest princess dress that my DGD2 will not want to take off), boots and shoes for DD2"s OH ($50 before the coupon discount :rotfl: that are £100 :eek: in John Lewis), jeans, trainers etc there are the DVDs that DS wanted that aren't released in the UK yet, - 12 years a slave, American Hustle, Book Thief etc. Peanut butter M&M"s already bought - about a kilo for £5! Very MSE as have saved loads and they actively ask if you have any coupons.:):rotfl::rotfl:
