Welcome to the elitE thread:D. Womble results thus far not helping me, but just to confirm this comparison and also the Anchor is picking up M's mbuy (shop this afternoon).
1 x ASDA Smartprice Cheese Spread (200g)£0.70£0.64
2 x Anchor Spreadable (500g)£4.00£4.00
SP Cottage Cheese 300g also vs 64p M (but that's a price incr. in both A and M from the 59p it was, at both, some months ago).0 -

You cannot put a price on confidence and self esteem and martial arts is a brilliant way of building both in children. I'm proud to say that I have written and implemented a life skills and martial arts syllabus for young children and to see the kids work through it and grow in confidence is fantastic. I'm sure your GD's will love it, we have kids with us that have been training for 5 years and more and are now helping to teach themselves. I love it
I totatally agree with you BlackBeltGirl.
My son started when he was 6 and he reached 3rd dan black belt, before the lure of girls and alcohol was stronger than going training.
But when he was training, he became British Champion and apart from competing all over this country, he also fought in Ireland, France, Germany and Singapore, so it certainly broadened his horizons!
O/h is an 8th dan blackbelt, but he has more or less retired from it now, apart from doing some occasional examining of senior ranks.
I also am a black belt, but only a 1st dan. I gave up the day I passed my black belt exam!!:o:o
