Firstly, I would like to say the basis of this post is on bedroom habits, but as this is a family forum, I won't go into that as I do not believe that a topib based on such a depraved level would be welcome.
My main current concern revolves around defection in our en-suit bathroom. I would like to encourage her to go in the main bathroom down the hall. I just do not find a poo smell in the bedroom very sexy

She grew up in Thailand, originally she used to squat on the toilet with her feet on the bowl! I managed to put a stop to that and she sits now, thank god0

I'm sorry I think you jest...
How can you say that something as natural as going to the toilet in an en suite bathroom is a "funny habit"...I would call that perfectly normal behaviour.

Judging from the other posts, is it school holidays again already?!
If not, and if genuine, I think you should consider sleeping in the bath in the other bathroom, or ditching the wife. Hope that helps.
btw, hope you realise the baby who's apparently on its way will sh** for Britain. Will you train that to only do it in certain rooms?
Failing all that, I find closing an en suite door and opening a window helps

You can always close the door! Oh yes - and close it behind you when you go back under your bridge!0
