G24 dragging up old ignore cases

It would appear my old muckers G24 ( yes those lying scum bags who broke their contract with Nominet ) are now trawling back through previously ignored invoices.
I've just received a lovely phone call from them saying I owe them over £300 for two invoices I received as the RK from 2008.
Obviously I challenged them to supply a POPLA code for each or take me to court. When asked how I would be paying I off course told them no chance. At which point the rather simple "gentleman" on the end of the phone suggested they will just take me to court :rotfl:
I felt it time to ask how they thought they would be successful when their scamming colleagues at Parking Eye keep getting their cases thrown out ? At this point the caller turned somewhat aggressive stating "I couldn't give a sh*t, is that meant to scare us ?".
What lovely pleasant and intelligent people G24 employ.
Well apparently I will now get new invoices in the post ...... how excited am I ? REALLY excited ..... time to cost G24 yet MORE money :T:T:T:T
Oh, G24 ( I know you're reading this ) - if you've got any guts either phone me back or send me a PM and we can have it out man to man again. After all the wet lettuce leaf you got to phone me decided to hang up - that's how pathetic he really was !!!!!!!!!
EDIT - Oh, I forgot to add another question he asked me - "Do you know how many solicitors we employ ?" - now I'd suggest that statement is harassment. Either way though, Mr Wet Lettuce Leaf, the answer is a big fat ZERO, ZILCH, EFF ALL, NONE ( I'm rather surprised you didn't know that and had to ask me. Then again counting might not be your strong point ).

They won't be able to rely on any of the provisions of POFA as legislation (in most cases) cannot have retrospective power. I would imagine they are just trying to scare you as the limitation period for contractual claims is 6 years. So they are probably just chancing their arm.0

Maybe their profits are taking the same kind of hit as PE's this year.
Times must be getting hard - boo hoo0 -

I do indeed - the driver broke their made up rules the other weekend. Despite the car now being a different one the coincidence of the situation wasn't lost on me
MSE deleted them ? Really ? If MSE are really that sensitive I still have the emails between myself and Nominet. I guess G24 leaned on them ..... again."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
This was endemic with these scammers, look at this thread
