wood pallets suitable as a shed leveller?

    I'm guessing they're so well creosoted that they'll outlive several sheds.

    if the wood has been treated to witstand rain it will. let's not forget that a lot of pillars used in piers are made of wood. The railway sleepers would be treated well - vitaslly important when you take into consideration the safety impact if sleepers were to rot while in service.

    Replacing sleepers isn't exactly a cheap job either - will require a major overhail of the tracks.

    I'm just going to lay about 16 (4x4) paving slabs to form the foundations and just going to pour levelling concetre on top of the slabs. and manually level them out. Levelling concerete is about £12 per pot which makes 15kg concrete. Nowhere near enough for full coverage on a slopy surface.

    spot levelling is probably more conducive with time and budget.,

    Full coverage is not needed either.
