EE Upgrades

Does anyone know if the upgrade offers are the same in store as they are online/phone

I have an older employees friends plan which gives us 50% off the rental price.....

I think the best deals always come from retentions departments after you request a PAC and wait for a call from them.

    Really?

So if i request a pac code, and get it then does this mean i would still have to leave or is just the option to transfer and i can still change my mind? i just dont want to shoot myself in the foot

As the current discount i get gives me 50% of t mobile price plan, but on upgrade id have to move to ee, this gives me 40% of ee plan, so £22 instead of £37. its 4g

It lasts for 30 days and, if you don't use it, expires and the contract goes on.

That said, T-mobile are notorious for trying to rob their customers requesting PACs: BEWARE T-Mobile early termination fee when useing pac code...

In my experience you get !!!!!! all now from retentions/upgrades when trying to upgrade an employee f+f line, I've just cancelled all of mine as we didn't get anything from them and the wouldn't let me retain the discount or give me any kind of decent price for what I wanted. Then again if you have high bills anyway you may have a chance.

From what I can tell all upgrades on F+F now reduce the discount to 30%

So you either buy a sim free phone and keep the 50%, upgrade and drop to 30%, or leave altogether and get a deal somewhere else!

its 30% if you stay on tmobile or 40% if you move over to EE
