they're all German soulless cars...The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

I would go for the Audi- no reason, I just like them.0

Check that the indicators work, they seem to be faulty on a lot of German cars.0

Hi guys whats your opinion on these cars im looking to buy
A3 s line quattro 2.0 2010-2011
bmw 3 series coupe facelift 2010-2011 320d or 330d
merc class coupe c250 amg 2.1 diesel 2011-2012
thanks
If you are going to look at the 330d just check if it has these wheels on it.
They have a massive problem with the wheels cracking like this
One chap I know had his wheels replaced under warranty and they went and cracked again 3 weeks later,
I have not come across one where the outer part of the wheel overtakes you when driving, normally it starts with slow punctures.
As for the rest of the cars, like someone has mentioned they are "German" they concentrate more on quantity, you already know what that does to the quality
Its all about your personal preference when buying a car, you never know if your going to end up with a wednesday or friday build, no matter what manufacturer you choose.0 -
I wouldn't buy any of them. Get yourself a reliable Toyota or Nissan.0

I was going to say Toyota, but you know peoples feelings after the accelerator problem and Toyota hiding from it.,
The build quality and customer satisfaction from that manufacturer was second to none, then it went downhill faster than cheese at Coopers hill.
Such a shame all that bad press it has battered them financial, the recall cost them well over 1.5 billion and lost sales revenue must be eye watering0 -

Toyota didnt exacty hide from it, or the power steering problem which never caused an accident but they recalled a million or so cars just incase. Can you imagine renault, vw or audi doing that!? The press jumped all over it because it is rare, but blew it out of all proportions, even when toyota did the right thing with preventative recall. If it was fiat, or peugeot it probably wouldn't even have been news.0 -
The BMW wheels you need to be wary of are the 19" Double-Spoke style 225 M-Sport alloys which were more prone to crack.
No problems with the more common 17" wheels.0 -
If you can stretch i'd go for a twin turbo 335d. It will pull the tarmac off the ground whilst giving you better mpg than a panda.0
