They're processed according to date bands, so later date requests will be processed later. Anybody who forgot to write the date bands on the outside of the envelope will have theirs processed last... And anybody who forgot to send a stamped self addressed envelope will not get any tickets whatsoever.

My date bands were early and I know people have received for October and November. I definitely did everything I was supposed to as I checked it over and over again. Grr.

I don't think they'll deal with it via Live Chat, you'll need to email or write at the addresses in my post above, that's what they're telling people on Twitter.

I've jsut spoken to someone online who said I wouldn't be getting any tickets as their system is showing that I declined the tickets! I have a screen shot of the confirmation from them when I placed the order. Is there anything I can do? I have emailed them on the above address.

Really angry now, there seems to be lots of us genuine people on here who wanted tickets to AT but haven't gotten any. On ebay there is one greedy individual who is selling FIVE pairs. Somebody tell me how that is fair!

Go to thesun.co.uk and click on your name, in the drop down menu choose "my account", then "contact us", "chat live" should then come up. They should be able to tell you the status of your tickets.
