Seems pretty clear to me too.
They will have sent them all out by 4th June - so until that date you wait.
They are also unable to send a person down to the mail holding areas to route through THOUSANDS of applications looking for yours.

No I didn't - what I meant was it seems to contradict itself.
"Unfortunately we are unable to advise on individual applications. However, we have been advised that you should receive your tickets no later than 4th June 2014. "
If they can't guarantee, they should have said "if you have been successful you should receive your tickets..." etc.
This email implies "you" - as in me. I should receive my tickets. Not that I might.

'Should' indicates a probability or expectation, not a guarantee.

I had tickets booked for the 2nd June, I still haven't had mine
THey said that they can't resend them cause then I will have 2 sets!! I said I don't have ANY sets at the moment. The email I got back said they would look into it on the 4th June.. 2 days after I should have gone

Have the same issue as you, sun online chat and there manager says i have declined tickets, when I haven't and even had confirmation from them for the date. The manager just says its my fault and that there's nothing they can do as all the tickets are gone. Even thou, there still sending replacement ones out to other customers. Total joke from the sun, especially as a sun+ member.0 -
