I'm having to do joint online shops for me and Mum  at the moment (she lives independently on her own) - does anyone know do I just scan everything or only those things that are mine ?

 If the goods bought are all on the same receipt then scan it all,if not just do the items  for you and your family.I have done it that way for many years on Shop & Scan with no problems :0)

Thanks, I tried emailing them but just got a pro-forma reply that didn't answer my question, so in the end I did just scan everything.

Is anyone struggling with the whole shopping thing. I do consumer pulse.  I am not buying any clothes. I am shopping for food quite infrequently and buying stuff for neighbours and vice versa so we can cut down on trips. I really don't feel like clicking on my shopping when I am washing my hands when I return home and then handling the items. People are saying that if you can leave some of your shopping in car and unpack it at a later date. My mind is not really on submitting receipts. Is anyone struggling with it. There are more worrying things than trying to remember  to submit your data. I know we get paid for it but personally I would like the option to pause for now.  Has anyone else asked or done that.

They ask if you don't scan anything that you should just scan your clicker each week so they know you just haven't forgotten to transmit. I would think if you ask to pause they will remove you from the panel.  Remember you only need to send 1 receipt to receive your extra points so you could just scan 1 shop to get points.
