still getting an error msg that states the server returned an error.
I'm going to take a screenshot just to prove that i tried. I had this before a few months ago and they wouldn't honour my points because they said i had the whole week to upload!! Got them in the end but what a palaver!!

Thats a bit poor if they dont honour the points.

Guessing everyone will be in the same boat unless transmitted earlier in week. I always leave mine till Sunday evening to do. Might have to rethink that.

Just received email offering the usual triple points over Christmas. Here's some of the text:

As we head into this busy time of year, we know it can be difficult to find the time to scan all the extra shopping you are getting in for Christmas. As a thank you for the extra effort that you make we would like to give you triple points for Christmas!

Instead of the usual 1100 points, you will receive 3300 points for each week that you transmit your barcodes over the Christmas period.

The triple points will be available for transmitting in the two weeks from Monday 16th to Sunday 29th December.

This means that the weekly reward points paid on Monday 23rd and Monday 30th December will be tripled.

They wouldn't honour my points even though I had emailed them with a receipt so I kept messaging them and eventually I got a message saying they would give me the 500 points as goodwill. It was their glitch so they should just pay.

Just logged in but although it says that on the front page it's let me in with my usual password and hasn't directed me to change it.

Just got an invitation to Food Diary - er yeah right, don't think there are enough discrete meal occasions on their list to keep up with what I'll be doing over the next few days somehow.

Wake-up snack: Selection box
Breakfast: Bacon sandwich
Mid-morning snack: Quality Street
Second breakfast: Sausage rolls
Half an hour later: fighting the cats for bits picked off the turkey

etc etc

Luckily I don't have to sign up until the 28th if I don't want to.


(And why don't they have options such as "boredom" and "because it was there"?)
