Thanks all, I sent them a message but not heard back yet. Just when I needed the points to tip me over to claim a voucher too, typical!

Never had that in all the years I’ve been doing it.
Do you do anything else besides scanning shopping?

Yes I do both. Didn't know people that just do the scanning don't get it.
