those sims will be fine - it is the network 3 that wont work

Hi

After entering the 1st code it displays "code error" & then after the 2nd code it says "phone was not restricted" and then that familiar message again "SIM not valid" so perhaps there is a problem with the freebie sims :-(

Hmmm maybe it will just be easier to unlock our other phone !!!!

how many code attempts have you had? maybe you have used all your tries?
if your stuck i can do it by post if for you or ask the local market for a direct unlock - should only be about £5

I guess I probably exceeded my 5 attempts to unlock :-(
However I really appreciated all your assistance.

Tescos have said they will unlock it if I post it to them & they will cover the cost of postage - so I guess that's my best option.

Do I need to leave my sim card in for them to unlock it ?

I see you're a new member, so you may not have explored all the buttons on the site yet.
