i wish to complain about vcs. i enclose a copy of the chargenotice sent. as you see, they state keeper liability applies but the notice is clearly out of the timescales. i understand this is a sanctionable offence.

The warning was in 2013 I believeWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Just noticed that i sent my letter to the main office at Vehicle Control Services (VCS) - which is a slightly different address to where they wanted the payment sending to, its still a Sheffield address but do you think this makes a difference? i got proof of postage for the address i did send it to, which is the one on the vcs website.
should i send my letter again to the address on the PCN?0 -
Or email it to them - pretty sure VCS provide email contact details don't they, on the PCN?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
