Thanks so much M&S, i was using my shopping basket "Saved for later" section as a reminder of what trousers / socks etc the children have. When they grew up a size i could simply put them in the basket and change the size. Now (:mad:grrrrrrrr....) my whole Saved section has gone. Can't be retrieved. No warning either until the thing had happened.

Maybe I was the only one who did this? I have managed to order things with the new website, but have had to look for everything for ages.

And the new cardigan colours. Sorry M&S, but haven't you yet noticed that we like cardigans in different colours in the summer in this country? Grey and white just don't cut it!!!!!

ho my god !!! i have been trying to log into the marks website for weeks with failure so i went in store today where i was put on the phone the youngman said he would send me a link so i could re-set my password when i got back. i ordered some things while in store and she asked for my email address which i gave her and she said this email address does not exist but my husbands did, this i thought strange as i always shop from my email address. so i ordered my things through my husbands email address. when i got home i got the email link to re-set my password which i did, from there it's downhill. i cannot view anything apart from what's on first page, cannot search for anything or lo out unless i delete all browsing history. i was so frustrated i sent a message asking for some kind of help on marks facebook page.. this was deleted a few mins after posting, i then posted another asking why they had deleted my post.. they deleted that !!! i was asking for help nothing more.. any idea where i go from here anyone please.. signed

Assuming your FB pic is the same as your avatar, both your posts are showing on the M&S FB page ;)

Have tried for the last 15 minutes to move several things in my basket by clicking 'move to your saved items', only for me to watch an Xbox looking ring of death moving around and around doing nothing. Would like to place a small order but preferably before 7am. Doing my head in.

I couldn't delete items from my shopping basket, I don't want 2 clocks or 3 sets of pants. Blasted website wouldn't acknowledge my clicks and then picked them all up later on :(

Horrible to use, slow, clunky and generally yech!!!

Tried to place an order at the weekend. First it said it didn't recognise my password, then it said no account was recognised for that email address. Then it said I should reset my password. When I tried to do so it said that there was no account for that email address! THEN WHY DID IT TELL ME TO RESET THE PASSWORD FOR THAT ACCOUNT?????? I lost patience and ordered similar products elsewhere.
Do they jot realise how much they are going to lose from this disaster of a website? All their competitors must be rubbing their hands in glee!

In the time it's taken to look at a few pairs of the trousers, I could have got washed, dressed, driven to Watford, parked and be browsing the store, perhaps even made some purchases!

This site is awful. Well they have 9 months to get it sorted before the Christmas sales!

Today was the first time Ive been on the website for months. What a shambles. Far too busy with flogging the mothers day stuff. When I actually got into the page I wanted I was not impressed by the stock. Even the models looked passed off. Looked cheap and tacky.

Sorry M&S I think you may well have lost it now. You are not listening to ordinary people. You are too busy photographing rather passe and irrelevant women (for instance) to advertise your stock. Who cares. I would no more buy a cheap and chatty Per Una item just because Annie Lennox is wearing something..

Wrong market, wrong concept and wrongly advised.

Would love someone to tell me where the hell 'on trend' came from....
