A double layout is just photos/journalling on 2 pages, rather than one only. I'll have a look and see if I've got any photos now, otherwise I'll take a photo of one of my old ones for an example

ahh perfect, thanks sea... i dont think mine will be 'scrapbook' size i will prob stick to my ususal a4 finally wittled it down to one of my animals ~ prob thomas my cat

There you go karmacat...there is my lovely macey. I always loved her eyebrows and the bridge of her nose for some reason. Plus the fact that, unlike the other cats, she would let you turn her upsidedown and kiss her lovely, squidgy fat tummy! She also had lovely big puddies (feet...whatever you call them!) and was as gentle as could be! That will be my photo for the scrapping challenge and I'll make a start in a mo but will do most of it when I'm off later in the week.
Thanks for posting the DL sea! How do you post photos direct on to here?Never sussed it yet & know can so it annoys me that I always have to upload to photobucket! Yes you did find me pap but then not hard really due to miss manu cat avatar & same user name eh!! Hypno if you go t ukscrappers market place thats a good place to get stuff as people sell it cheap & you save on ebay fees. I have to ban myself from any kind of craft shop as have so much stash - literally all over the house but at least now have soe inspiration to actuall use it! Maybe we could do a circle journal at some stage? How do people feel about that? They can be easy to make (see the heart one I did for my mum - literally a heart shaped card template that I covered) and can be any shape you want. If you look on uk scrappers there are ideas on there. Plus it is SOOOO not about being a superstar/perfect/best layout - its about the meaning behind each layout and TBH one of the reasons I went off scrapping was that it got very compettive & quite !!!!!y which I hated and thus resigned from the UKS team I joined/founded with a uks friend. Plus I did get a bit obsessed with it & spent literally THOUSANDS on stash...so now can use some of it with you lot!! Pap maybe one day you would feel able to venture out to a local crop? I think you are in Bristol? I would always be happy to come along with you for the first one if that would help? I used to go to one here but it got very expensive as it was £20 a month & then stash on top so stopped going but there are people wh do it cheaper! There is a good scrap shop in Bristol I think but cant remember the name...anyway off to check the boards; hope you are all ok!

Fishface - I would LOVE to be involved in a circle journal project I too have spent thousands I think. I used to be on UKS but found that it would make me unable to actually DO any scrapping - I would read, buy buy buy but not do as my LOs were never as original, good blah blah as the other ones. Ah well silly me I guess.

I've just sneaked off while Will was asleep on the sofa (just conked out!) and did my challenge layout and another one beside. I'll post them on here if you want, or on mine if you prefer....

I use photobucket too to upload the photos - I know there is another way, just can't do it myself!

sea ~ that uks thingie, do you know what i have been on there for 1 hour today looking at other peoples lo and my oh my i am never as good as them... also whats this all about points etc i may never go back to post on the forums i dont think, yes its nice to view others work once in a while and go wow but it all seems... well i cant explain just all to regimented/one way only way type thing...

anyways thomas is nearly done, been brainstorming for nearly 2 hours :eek: and i have the basics... just getting it down now... i am having a bit of a use up on this one so its very 'different' from my usual style but so far so good :T

I'm exactly the same as you! Got literally overwhelmed by the amount of stash I have! SO much so I didnt know where to start! Oh yes please put a linky up to the lo!!
