New Forum Layout -- WARNING !!! --

I tried the help button yesterday and sent an email. All I got back was an automated reply telling me to read the FAQs. There was a address for "further help" so I've tried that.

The only information I can add is that I had the "Old Look" option set so perhaps the site is trying to send the "New Layout" in "Old Look" and getting confused.

I am actually connecting to the site because if I am logged in with a blank page and clear all cookies, except bbsessionhash, and then refresh the page the site creates new bbversion and vbulletin_collapse cookies but still gives me a blank page.

"View Page Source" shows a completely empty page.

If I then delete bbsessionhash and refresh again I get logged out but can see the new layout.

If I log in on the New Layout I go back to getting blank pages.

Great. Thank you. You will usually get an automated reply email from us to confirm that we have received your email. I will look for it.
