OK who stole the time this morning????? Where has it gone, was making good progress before the first school run and now it's 11.30
Well at least I have made a start today, DW and WM both been on TD now on AND I washed out the soap drawer of the WM (not too bad even though I say so myself!) Just collected DS from school on the way back from the eBay run and now about to go and find the hall floor after chucking the contents of the mobile skip there yesterday. Oh and I finished hoovering said mobile skip, it is going for a service tomorrow so didn't want the garage thinking we are total slobs (even though we are in the house at the mo!)
Blimey done more than I thought, onwards and downwardsOfficial Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang0 -
At least you're honest Rach
enjoy your PJ day
Well I've done all I can on this assignment, left the rest and just hoping my good scores on other assignments will pull me through. It's due in today so going to hand it in myself. Tutor lives near the beach so going to throw the dogs and kids in the car (both off school today) and take them up to the beach seeing as this is Holly's last day with us (as long as everything goes well with her new Mum)
DP writing his assignment up so while he does that I'm going to go and do my room.
Need to work on a proper schedule after this week, including study time, kids time, dogs time and of course me/us time for me and DP as everything has gone to pot lately. One day I might be more organised...........

i know i'm awwful, completely unmotivated to work at the moment!
promised myself i will shower at 12 at the latest, then fly, then work.... am out at 4 so that seems achieveable!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
 Visitors! Unexpected, unannounced visitors! And I haven't got anything done this week (okay, bits of washing, hoovering etc, but more flapping than flying).
Actually it was my DH's lovely auntie, who's visit was like getting a huge hug, and she brought her lovely, well behaved granddaughters.
Bad news - DS had just been changed and was ready for a bottle and a sleep. He did grin, accept a certain amount of cuddle, but then he cried! He never cries! Auntie took it all in her lovely stride.
Well, they have gone, DS is flat out, I am going to try and tackle the mound of ironing which is now taller than me! Once I have cleared that, I can get back to the list.
Good luck to all -and Rach, enjoy! you need to have those pj days.
HevAlways another chapter0 -
OK - if I can strip our bed, remake, vacuum floor and find the hall floor I shall have achieved LOTS... then tonight is ironing night.
BTW, the sun is out, the wind is blowing and.... it isn't raining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only small problem is that DS1 dismantled the washing pole thingy yesterday and used it for digging - so there is a limit to what I can actually put on the line. I may have to sneak into neighbour's garden again and use his line...Is it home time yet?0 -

Oooh happy my situation is better.. while hanging a wet double duvet on my line.. IT SNAPPED!!! So now I can't take advantage of the lack of rain!! my bed sheets are chucked in tye basket wet... I only have the 1 set!! Hubby can't get home at lunch to do it as he is out of town today. I have probably 5-6 loads of washing to do as well!!!!
Amazing thing has happened though.. DS1 kost the key to his room months ago.. no idea where it was.. so yesterday I went in his room and gathered ALL the pots and plates and cups and beakers he has sneaked in there.. probably when I've been out.. AND a huge pile of towels... this morning.. he found his key!!!! Miracles do happen!!! lol
Never mind.. half a tub of caramel ice cream for lunch seems to be doing all the right stuff!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
