Technically, it would only be an employment judge that could decide. A fact often overlooked by some headstrong employers.

Ok, l accept l really really shouldn't, but to suspend over a few emails seems ridiculous.

If not, the member's posts must be based on that famous, but now outdated, employment law textbook - " Working Practices from the Dickensian era " ...... (not that there were emails in the mid 19th century, but you'll get my meaning)

RS - not easy to do so, but try and chill. Let things take their course ; rumination can be destructive.

If what you say is true (and I have no reason to doubt you) then you will come out of this just fine. Even if it does mean that I come out of retirement for one day lol

Thanks for your kind words and support. Today was my worst day so far. I managed to work myself up and of course think the worst.

I'll try and chill and not worry.

could you clarify that you are suspended on full pay? As they need to pay you whilst investigating, as normal.

It's hell. I have never been through anything so utterly soul destroying in my life but I'm starting to put the pieces back together slowly.

Fight with everything you've got....I can't promise you'll get the outcome you hope for but fight it all the way!!!
