You can use the template appeal as it is (with your additional point already added about the driver being a cinema customer) because the template has a paragraph about 'if this is a contractual fee', designed for this sort of sign. Your wording looks good.

I am slightly confused. I have read not to put anything with can identify the driver yet how do they send back a response if i cannot put an address?

Please start your own thread instead of hijacking others - this is the second thread.

Obviously though the address you will put will be the registered keepers - to communicate with you!

Yep. I put my address on the letter and stated me being the "keeper".

Hi everyone. Thought i'd update you on this. I finally got a letter back from CMS yesterday. Short and brief. Basically it said thanks for sending in evidence to support your appeal, we have now cancelled your ticket.

Then it goes on to say its been cancelled as a gesture of goodwill on this one occasion as the ticket was issued correctly as the driver of the vehicle was seen leaving site heading towards the stadium!!!

Hilarious - gesture of goodwill indeed. They mean 'Oh look, a forum appeal, we'll lose so we may as well cancel and save the man hours!'.
