    Cheers.

Should I also include any photos like the ones I linked to earlier?

I would advise to wait for coupon on this, the signs say a contractual charge and she may ask you to add some other things.

No problem. I'll wait. I also have some aerial views of the car park which I can mark out where I was parked and the signs if that also helps.

    Here's the signage links:

Interesting though they have both the BPA and IPC logos on the sign - which is misleading and misrepresentation to their trade association membership status

I would be interested to see the wording on the windscreen ticket here - if you could redact ALL personal information and upload - which appeals does it mention?
Also does it mention breach of terms and conditions etc.

The letter above is fine for the moment as it covers enough wording for contractual charges for this intial appeal - but would like to see wording on ticket.

The company was formerly with the BPA and this is in fact a re-incarnation of CMS (UK) Ltd which went into liquidation. Philip Kelley (director) currently has another company also with the BPA .

MAKE sure you send just a COPY of the cinema ticket.

OK. Here's the tickets front and back edited.

Also here is an aerial view of some of the car park in question. It is a free car park normally. I've marked in red dots the signs on lamp posts. Also shown rough area of car and entrance signage.

Entrance signage then non-compliant - no clear sign upon entering car park and angled in such a way.

NO VAT registration number on either the parking charge notice or signage. In fact at the company's last accounting period - it is currently registered as non-trading.

The reason for issue - does it mention failiure to comply at all?
"The period of parking immediately proceeds the time of parking"
These parking companies do make a lot of spelling mistakes!

The do mention just the IPC - but their signage puts both members - so may be worth noting this on the appeal.

The exact wording in the reason for issue (and I mean exact spelling) is "CUSTOMER PARKING ONLY WHILE ON PREMESES".

These CMS signs are very new and replace the old CMS ones that had a tempoary sticker covering the old CMS/bpa logos
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.
