Aw thanks, that means a lot to me. :) I'm tall, so I carry off the excess weight ok, but I know that my stomach is wobbley and disgusting looking underneath my clothes and it gets me down. When I drive over bumpy roads I can feel it wobble :o I'm determined though. I'm sure the junk hasn't done you too much harm, I ate loads over the weekend, I can't believe I've lost weight.

    How are you feeling today?

    Xx

  • Hi Everyone

    Was stunned by this:

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7222173.stm

This story published today of a well loved young man in Manchester shows once again how appallingly inadequate mental health care is in the UK.

Also, see link to 'the silent epidemic of male suicide' in article.

Please get help right now,if you need it; don't wait, - especially you guys.

I'm okay, quite tired. Got up and was at the pool by 8:45am thinking it might wake me up, but it didnt at all! Had a meeting with my tutor which actually went okay, for a change! :j We had a power cut this evening, so i was just sat in the dark with my housemates, and its now just come back on! :) xx

For sources of the supplements Dr Dach used you will probably find them cheaper from Iherb.

    B12 - Methylcobalamin
I expect you can buy this in the UK but usually you find it's the form that isn't well utilized Cyanocobalamin.

    5-HTP, 100 mg

Now Foods, Vitamin D, 2000 IU, 120 Softgels 2 daily until you can get 20minutes full body sunexposure daily when you shadow is shorter than your height.

    Hiya Ted..

I got some 5htp last year but couldnt take them as they made me really sleepy and nauseous :(

I'm going to be having tests soon to find out if i have any deficiencies and if so I'll be prescribed supplements and injections

I think it will be in about 6 weeks time but I'll let you know the outcome if you like :)
