Just had a letter thru the door from my Solicitor, they have put forward an application for Financial Provision to the court for the Capital and Inventory as OH never responded!

God i was in a good mood till now.

I guess if OH doesn't respond, that runs the risk of the situation being escalated? Hopefully OH will come to senses before it comes to that tho xx

It's 2 late Saz, his time was up long ago, they will not tell Jack now what the situation is as he had 14 days to reply with the last 2 letters, one being recorded delivered. They have went str8 for the Kill, next time he hears it will be from the courts with a hearing date. This is when a sherrif Judge will divide the assets.

Well to be fair gaz, you have been more than patient throughout all this... the court is just trying to do the right thing by recognising your contribution... J could've responded b4 now and saved a whole lot of trouble... so don't beat yourself up too much hun, imo xx

I just wanted to recommend a really good book called "I had a black dog" by Matthew Johnstone. It's mainly pictures and only takes about 5 minutes to read. It might help someone close to you who is trying to understand what you are going through.

wow im up before the day goes :rotfl:

had a good night last night, i met 4 guys, got there numbers, and there names, one was omg soo gorgeous, spainish, and such a gentleman :T, i think i may give him a ring, how long are you meant to leave these things?, been a while since ive found someone i like

one point in the night was funny tho, me and my mate were in the toilet as ya do, one girl came out of the toilets crying, men trouble, me and my mate, gave her a hug, and sat her down, listened, and gave her our numbers incase she needed anything, some men can be !!!!!!, as when we went to the toilet agin, another girl was crying, men trouble again, so we talked to her and gave her a hug too, doesnt take much to listen and hug someone, shows ya care ya see

i did have one alarm bell moment where a guy lead me down a dark alley, , i started thinking :eek:, but i said to him straight, listen if youve taken me out her to have sex, ya can think again, im not that kinda girl, if you like me you can have my number and call me, but thats it, he was kinda persistant, but i think i handled it ok :T


then got to my mates at 4am, we made a snowman called fred, ive had 4 hours sleep, and have soo much energy, been up since 9, think it may be the red bull i was drinking, :rotfl:

so all in all a good night, and im out again to night, tho tonight im just going to the pub for a meal, so should be good.

Even my computer came down with something suspicious - hopefully it's all better now.

Thankfully, we didn't get a lot of snow where I am - yet! - but we've got a frozen crust of just a covering of snow, which in my humble opinion, is more dangerous. And yes, I do have to out today!:eek: I can see it now - I'll be like bambi - legs going in all directions! So please take extra care guys, if you have to go out in bad weather. Will someone please pass this message on to sazzy ( - loves ya saz!), when she gets up this afternoon?
