am trying to survive the school hols.tbh,have been feeling alittle down but think the weather doesnt help cos it seems to be constantly raining and dark, so its not mood enhansing.to be on the safe side i took some st johns, which i find helps alot and been trying to keep myself thinking positive.saw all the flood victims on the news and what they are going throu and was ashamed of myself alittle for getting upset with my lot in life when i suppose its not that bad.
sorry, didnt mean to unburden you with that lot but hope you forgive me.it helps me to talk to peeps on this thread as i find it really theraputic to put my thoughts on screen.
