Having a good day today, done lots. Slept the whole way through the night until 9 this morning-its been so long I'd forgotten how good it could feel! The weathers not too bad here-just heavy showers, but I've missed most of them!

Took my car to my dads for a service this morning, just been to pick it up. It cost me £50 for a service and the money I still owed him for the panel that I crunched a few months ago! :o

Been sorting out my finances again today-after a bit of a shuffle round I've paid two credit cards off completely. The woman in the bank was very rude to me though, so I'm going to write and complain to lloyds. Usually I use the branch in the town where I work and they're really lovely in there, but sometimes I have to go to the one where I live and they're always so rude. Theres no need for it and it makes me angry.

Anyway, I went and did a mystery shop today and that went well too, the lady in there was really nice. Been to see my gran and now I'm cooking myself something before I go to tae bo. I'm considering doing 2 hours tonight... We'll see what wins, will power or laziness...

    Xx

Natalie - first of all welcome to the thread.

First off - ask to see a different doctor at your practice if possible (and take the patient help form with you)

You're never too young or too old to have depression so methinks this doctor is a bit short sighted!

Your children will not be taken away from you! Children are only taken away when abused or at serious risk of abuse. If you have depression or anxiety it is no grounds for taking children away from you as it is a treatable medical condition, which happens to 1 in 4 of us. You wouldn't expect a child to be taken from a diabetic or asthmatic parent, and its the same with anxiety.

In the meantime stick around here and we'll give all the advice and support we can

Hi welcome to the thread. The headaches could well be another symptom as depression/anxiety often show themselves in physical symptoms like headaches, stomach aches and tiredness etc.

Don't worry about speaking to your doctor again-he won't punish you for feeling like this, like bizzybek says 1 in 4 of us (at least!) suffer with it at some point in our lives. The sooner you receive treatment the easier it is to overcome. :)

meyore.......id tell your mum to keep all records and times and texts from this mad woman and tell police, to be on safe side....lots of strange ppl about these days, me included, according to dh:D , seriously thouh, take care of her and you.xx
I think its sorted now. The mad woman really is a bit nuts, I think it has to be some sort of personality disorder. My mums OH rang the crazy woman and spent an hour calming her down and explaining to her how what she thought was wrong... So she rang my mum and apologised. Trouble is, its not the first time shes lost it like this, I just hope its all over now.

Thanks for thinking of me anyways :o I hope you're ok today.

My OH was very lucky but shaken today. He saw a car two in front of him have a tree fall on it. The people are fine but he's feeling really shaken.
