    Evening

Hope you have a lovely break SF

    :grouphug: to anyone feeling down

Weekends seem to be the worst for me, I don't know why as the family are home  I just feel so bored and lonely all the time, I only used to work 8 hours a week and it didn't worry me being home all day, now I just can't sit down and relax and yet I don't want to do anything. I can't imagine what its like for those on their own :grouphug:

Sorry for the moan, but its only on here I can say what i'm really feeling :)

    Moi? :rotfl:

The post a couple of weeks back was serious though, about a serious subject, but most here weren't here back in January when it happened, so was disappointed when I felt down that no-one was here (bar Stenny) who remembered it, although it was an obvious subject.

To make it worse, my counselling on Friday was cancelled :o

Firstly - well done for posting hun.
Next, get rid of those tablets now hun - straight down the toilet ok angel? It's too much of a temptation.

You're not alone stebiz. Many people here have felt like that. You're obviously very low. hug.gif
    Ideas...

If your dr has a Saturday a.m. emergency appointment, go there.

If not go to your local A&E and tell them what you're feeling hun.

Also, you can phone the local mental health crisis team hun. You should be able to get there number if you don't know it from your local mental health unit or from A&E.

Don't wait to hurt yourself before you go to A&E or a dr hun - they'd much rather see you before than after!;) You will not be wasting their time either. Every A&E has an on-call psychatrist.

In addition, there's an NHSDirect phone number for people in mental distress - it's 0845 4757. Seems short but that's what's quoted.

Please do the above now sweetheart for both your sakes. Yes you can put yourself in to voluntary section, or so could your OH if she's very worried about you. The main thing is that you get help today hun.hug.gif
We won't go over the whys and wherefores about med and drs now hun. Getting help is more important.

Be honest and let them help you get back on your feet stebiz. Post whenever you need to hun. ;)
Go make that call now angel - go get the help you so deserve.hug.gifThinking of you.
    Much Love,
    Tiff xxx

Thanks for your kind thoughts. My wife has been great about this (she has the pills too). It appears certain anti depressants can give you suicidal type thoughts. I really don't want to go anywhere yet honest!! The last couple of nights taking these pills are settling me down a bit, but I am taking the correct amount, as per my previous prescription. Spoke to the doctor and made arrangements to see him on Monday. My lovely wife won't leave my side and has taken Monday off work. I'm actually starting to feel a bit more settled now. It's like being a kid in your mothers arms.

    Cheers

Miro hun, I was saying yesterday in fact how guilty i feel that i dont have time to reply to everyone. I wish i did, but i guess it's the same for others here too, we do what we can hun. The fact that you weren't on the thread yourself for a long while didn't mean i didn't think of you often, far from it in fact...

I'm sorry your counselling got cancelled. That doesn't help, I know. I'm having to face up to three weeks without counselling next month when my therapist is away. I'm not looking forward to that, so i do understand.

    Much love,

Ok 2 days in a row I want another rant!

Following on from yesterday - OH invited me to tea and had bought me flowers. Still didn't apologise. He has a huge problem with saying the word "Sorry."

Anyway, we sit down to watch tv after meal, the door bell goes. His snotty neighbour says she's just hit my car!! From past experience she is so up herself and makes out she's far more superior than anyone else. She was trying to get her car on her drive and she didn't see a 2 tonne silver car parked next door!!! You could have got a tank through it. She got sh1tty with me!! So I gave her what for. She says "you just need to get some quotes and we'll sort it out on the insurance." Yeah I know!! Doh!! But in the meantime I've got to take time off work and drive to 2/3 garages and wait for quotes!! OMG I was sooo angry specially after OH's tantrum yesterday. Her husband came out and said to her "Get in before you cause anymore damage." That did make me smile.

    Calm Karrie, Calm
