Hi All! How goes things? Don't you just love Christmas? hmm....me too:p

I do like winter for the crisp air & cosy gloves & scarves, but for the life of me cannot understand why everyone has to go bonkers over what is--in effect--just a day like any other:confused:When I was a child, we used to have proper xmas tv programmes like the circus & pantos, & charity editions of favourite game shows like Golden Shot & Name that Tune. You knew something special was coming cuz you only saw tangerines in December, & somehow that added to the excitement.

Nowadays, the tv over the 'festive' period is as bad as it is all year round. And why do the soaps have to be on twice as much & try to outdo each other with births, marriage & deaths. It's supposed to be the Season of Goodwill !!!!!!, not "lets see how depressing we can make it"!

Ohhhhh sorry.....don't know where that lot came from........I'll try again..

Well, appointment was a dissappointment, but oh well. They've prescribed me something, but I've been thinking about it, and I don't think I'm going to go down the medication route again. Luckily my next appointment isn't for 2 months, so I'll see how I am in the mean time, but I think I'll be discharging myself from thier services. They don't seem able to help, and I just find the appointments/assessments to be upsetting and stressful.

I've had a good shake & feel a lot better for it....the p-u-p looked at me a bit strange tho:D
    Okay, in no particular order....
Poor Gilly:o Ids nod niz do hab a told zo clows do cridbus:embarasse What say I come round & rub your chest with my secret recipe chicken soup? I'm sure you'd feel better with my stroking your fevered brock brow.....or the fear of me actually turning up will bring about a miraculous recovery:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

These tests Rose, anything to do with the smack on the head last week-end? I reckon you were hiding in the sale rails at work & got clobbered  by some WAG-wannabes handbag! Let us know how you get on tho OK?

I hate it when I've decided to turn the telly off but then you get involved in some film & just have to watch it :wall: to see what happens Meyore. The chances of it being worthwhile are always so slim, but you can't help but see it thru till the end.

Hope you got to your karioke Tulip---have you started on the christmassy songs yet? I'm glad Toby is staying in Casualty, but don't know what to make of Ruth do you? And I think Charlie may be leaving, which will be a shame. I thought Saturdays's episode seemed easier to watch, without those silly cameras keep going round in circles & making everyone feel _pale_ , but I wish they'd go back to how it was....

To all our other reprobates, I wish you well in your various endevours & hope you get to a successful conclusion.
Enjoy your evening & catch you again soon. Peaceful Minds folks. BMFx

Morning all. I'm off for my 2nd assessment with the pyschiatrist today. Bit nervous, as everyone I've spoken to got diagnosed and prescriped for on the first assessment, yet I've got to go back as they 'need to investigate further'. Worried about what that means!

I've been Self-harm free for a week, which is good. Hopefully that'll be my last slip up.

Hope all is well with everyone.

    GOOD LUCK FG.........hope everything goes well for you & well done on being self-harm free for a week :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T

    :hello: Everyone,

Hope all is well,I am fine,Knee is still painful at the moment.I had made an appointment to see the doctor at 5pm tonight but then I thought I would visit a hospital instead to be seen quicker,so I went to the surgery and cancelled my 5pm appointment and then I said to the receptionist that I know well what I should do,so I went to the hospital near where I live as that is minor injury's so took myself there by bus and walked up a hill to the hospital :) I was seen straight away and didnt have to wait so that was good :) they told me I had torn a cartilege in my knee and that I had some fluid and that I had to take Ibrufen for it so that is what I am doing besides resting the knee when watching tv :) I am fine otherwise :) I am so glad I took myself to the hospital today,Mum and Dad are proud of me for doing that :) my Knee wont be back to normal until 2 weeks time though. If it doesnt improve by then I return to the doctors surgery to have it looked at :)

    Have a nice evening :)

*hugs* to those that need one :)

I had an awful day at work today. I'm having problems with someone I work with, and she really upset me. I ended up crying in the office :o But I spoke to the supervisor, and he's going to talk to one of the other supervisors, and they;re going to have a word with her tomorrow :)
