HI there everyone.Not long back from docs-still a bit shaky.Saw a different GP today who was really understanding -i ended up crying a lot though as i havent talked to anyone here about how i feel this time. She has put me back onto Citalopram and given me something to sllep for 7 days.I promised her that i would make an appoinment in 4 weeks so made it before i left the surgery.I feel jumpy today but i am going to work in about an hour and then will chill out with my kids this evening and look forward to taking my Zops at bedtime! Thank you so much everyone-i cried with relief when you all answered me o here last night.I just feel like an actress at home-i am in robot mode.

nice to know someone was thinkin of me yesterday, it was an awful day:o, with everything going on atm, i just didnt need yesterday at all. As you know it was my mates funeral, i was at work, and it all kicked off, i was a human punch bag, everything got blown up and exploded, i walked out of work, i ended up in hospital. and well i was in pieces yesterday, totally shot to pieces:o. I went to the gym tonight tho, worked off some of that anger i have atm, seen my sister there which was good.

im exhausted soo gonna head to bed

prob wont be about tomorrow, im going to get drunk tomorrow as ive had the week from hell :rolleyes:, i think im still just a tad angry :rotfl:

Hope you are all well,I am fine I had a good day today made another bowl in pottery class and I used the wheel again.I can use the potters wheel really well.I also went shopping in Asda and I got 16 velvet toilet rolls for £5 and I then went to my daycentre,went there for a bit and then back to Asda again to get milk and bread and I also got a bottle of Baileys Irish Cream at £8.


Tonight I am not doing much as I am just going to relax

I cant believe this,I have just seen a haggis from the Haggis hunt competition with their cameras Never seen one before in my life but at least I know whats its like now,never tried Haggis though to eat.Hi Lisa hope you are ok and that you had a good day,going to get sausage and chips for my tea really soon.

Hi everyone, how are you all doing today?

I've been to the doctors today and he said to give the tablets another 2 weeks and if I don't feel that they're working he'll increase the dosage. He also told me to start taking them in the morning, I take them before I go to bed now and he says this may be why it takes me hours to fall asleep.

Me and my OH are going to Liverpool for the day tomorrow, it's only an hour away on the train so we're going to have a wonder round the docks and do a bit of shopping, gets me out for a while I guess.

Lisa, I bought an N-64 a couple of weeks ago because I love old games, I love Zelda and Golden Eye for this one.

Well done with your ASDA bargains I'm making vegetarian toad in the hole at the minute, which is interesting! I'm not having a bad day, am enjoying my Gamecube!

My mum's side of the family are Scottish, so all tried to get me to eat haggis before I became vegetarian when I was 12. It looks horrible! I don't think I could bring myself to eat it

I'm a huge gaming fan. I've ordered a DS for Christmas, I can't wait. I love my old NES, but have to say I'm really impressed with the PS3. I love getting lost in alternate worlds. I'm playing Super Paper Mario on the Wii at the moment, and Assassins Creed on the PS3. I've got a Megadrive somewhere too, can't beat Sonic on that!
