Hi to everyone, I too went to the doctors today. It was a lady doc that i hadnt seen before. I ended up crying my eyes out as well. She has given me Sertraline...said they are not the same as seroxat (tho they're from the same family) as I wasn't good on those. Haven't taken any for just over a year. She has also signed me off work till the beginning of jan. I'm not sure if this will be the best for me cos xmas is worrying me so much (but I'm not fit to work right now). I was due to work xmas day. Am dreading it so much..know its only 1 day, but since leaving marital home I'm feeling so alone. Don't know how it will work out with the kids either (20 & 18). Anyway, lots of good vibes to everyone xx0

Hi Antronella
I'm taking Sertraline at the minute, after coming off Seroxat. They are the same family, both SSRI's, but I've not experienced nearly as many bad side effects on the Sertraline.
Hopefully not having to work will help, you won't have it hanging over your head that you're supposed to be at work. Try to take care of yourself, and take it a day at a time.
*hugs*

Hi Shaz
Glad you're feeling a bit better hun, try and look after yourself. I had a lazy day myself and feel better for it.

FeelingGood - I think the Megadrive is my favourite system. I had one when I was a kid, so it always brings back good memories to play on it. Plus, I've played the games so much, I'm a pro

Hi all-up and down as usual. I feel weird sometimes about posting when I'm feeling ok, as it defeats the object. Am being stupid again? Feel like crap tonight, sitting here with no one to talk to, OH is having a hard time and all my friends have gone out without even asking me along. With friends like that whats the point.:heartpuls
