Hi guys, hope everybody is having a good weekend

I'm having a bit of a low day today, I haven't been on my own for a week because I was away and then my OH had some days off work but now i'm back to being alone all day I'm going to my doctors on my own tomorrow, so that will get me out which might make me feel a bit better.

My sleeping pattern is so messed up it's getting me down as well, I'm either not sleeping or i'm sleeping way too much. At the moment I seem to be tired all the time and i'm having about 11 hours sleep, plus napping during the day. It's shocking, I've never had so much sleep in my life. I feel so lazy but i'm just so tired I can't keep my eyes open.

Hi Hayley,I would mention the tiredness and sleeping to the doctor it could be your meds.It is a good idea to try and get out every day even if it is just to the local shops.

hi everyone, feeling really low toda, the weather is shocking, so been stuck indoors, trying to keep the kids amused without snapping at them.
feel so tired, cannot get off to sleep on a hight, and gp will not prescribe any more sleeping tablets.
hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
