I have had quite a good day today. I hope everyone else has too

I got plenty of rest and a friend came round to visit who is a trained counsellor. They were very helpful.

I think I will look at booking a session with a counsellor instead of seeing the doctor but still not sure at the minute as its very early days.

I am back at work tomorrow and not looking forward to it. I hope my bleep doesn't go off for the operating theatre when they have a patient open in their again. It really does put you off your cup of tea :eek:

Ideas might include thanking someone for good customer service, polite call centres or your dustmen for the job they do or even compliment someone on what they're wearing.

You both end up winning, with a warm fuzzy feeling inside.

morning folks,yeah so my daughter comes back from the states,not back 24 hours ,making plans to go back for christmas,won't talk to me about anything ,fcuked her gcse's up,has no money to get back there but expects to go anyway,posting crazy obsessive stuff all over my space ,facebook and the like.

like i`m well p1ssed off with all manner of things ,my issues folder is bulging big time:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
