I'm back to work on Sunday and I suppose I should start thinking about food to prepare for this week.
Actually because I have loads of home-made chutney probably the best thing is to stick to bagels with cheese and chutney - it's nice and easy and I'm feeling too lazy to organise anything complicated basically

I managed four days this week - three days I was on a course with lunch provided and friday I was on a half day so had a late breakfast and then took a light lunch to work.
I have just cooked a quiche for lunch tomorrow.
