Argh properly fell off the wagon in February. Here's to a fresh start. I have 17 workdays and I will aim for 15. My weakness seems to be aiming for a clean sweep, then messing up once and thinking that's carte blance for not paying attention anymore!! So I'm going to factor in a couple of cheat days.
Tomorrow is sorted with a yellow sticker fuller longer sandwich from M&S, (That counts right?) a pot of fruit and a carton of juiceCoffee supplies already at work.

I've just brought 2 quiches with the same idea for next week. I did it several times in Jan, my only problem is I spend loads on salad then have to throw half of it away.0 -
