So what does everyone have planned for their LTW's?
I am having a Tuna Salad tomorrow. Very easy to throw together and put into a Tupperware pot. Going to add some croutons and other bits and bobs too0 -

Coincidentally I had tuna salad today. Tuna, Mexican beans, cucumber, red onion, yellow peppers, tomatoes, Tabasco and chilli oil. Pretty delicious and filling.DEBT FREE!

Right then. This month will be better.
I have a few lunches out planned and so can you put me down for 17\21 please. Meanwhile I will give myself a stern talking to and try to regain control of myself.:-)
Good luck everyone.0 -
I'd like to join in again this month. I'm working 20 days this month, I will go for 19 LTW days. This week I've got a tub of Singapore noodles from Aldi which usually lasts 4 days and I'll probably take sandwiches on the last day. I think I'll make a batch of veg soup on Sunday for next week and see how long that lasts - this will take me to the half way mark!SPC # 348 2014-£169.07/2015 - £156.89
