This made me chuckle! I think we all have evil twins, no?!

Oooh, I meant to say - managed to order some of the Kleenex blotting papers on Amazon, so thanks very much for your offer but won't be needed :) Hoping they'll arrive soon so I can start using them to see how they perform on me - keep your fingers crossed for me!

I think I may have to lock her in the attic a-la-Bart-Simpson :rotfl:

I was handing out the blotting papers to my work colleagues yesterday as an experiment to prove I wasn't the oiliest person alive, it didn't work! I am! :(

Two friends have birthdays this month, they each got identical gift bags (actually Wilko "fox and owl" shopping bags) of different bits and pieces, chocolates, a mug, posh teabags ..and toiletries.
Wilko had 75ml tubes of their own handcream at 2 for £1, L'Aimant body sprays for £1 and their own lime shower gel at buy one for £1 get 1 half price, so those were the bargains I snapped up.
They also had rhubarb shower gel on the same buy 1 get 1 half price offer. You read right. Rhubarb.
It looked as if not a single one had sold.

I rather fancy the rhubarb! :D
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

Soap & Glory The Rightous Butter WMBA if it was on offer

And two naughty IN's. Head & Shoulder shampoo I bought to fade my bad dye job. I saw it as a necessity! Although now I'm not sure what to do with it as I re-dyed my hair after it faded and I want to keep this colour. There's no one I can give it to, but it seems such a waste to throw away a 3/4 full bottle of shampoo.

And the Pantene Keratin Repair Split End Fuser. Technically, TECHNICALLY I feel like I got this for free. When I was buying my hair dying stuff (which I don't count in my stash as it goes in and out in a day!) I bought bleach, toner and hair dye on the 3 for 2. The toner was really a back up incase I needed it and I asked the woman if I could return it if it was unopened and she said yes. Turns out I didn't use it and went to return it but because it was in the 3 for 2 (one of the 2 I paid for) I couldn't get the money back, but I could exchange it for something the same price. And that is my excuse!
    No more goo hoarding!

Whoops, saw this in TKMaxx for £14.99 and it's exactly the sort of thing I need, I'm not ready to switch to my summer moisturiser and my winter one (TBS Vit C spf30) is getting a bit empty so it wasn't really an unnecessary in.

I checked online though to confirm the price before buying so I'm happy with my bargain and I've wanted to try this brand for a while!

I went out and bought three bottles yesterday, after reading on this thread that it existed! :D (Thank you to mcculloch29!)

I am addicted to the smell of rhubarb in bath and body products. Molton Brown's new Rhubarb & Rose range is lovely. :)

It's like people who manage to have tons of UUs in a month: I'm in awe, but have no idea how you manage it, unless you are UU samples etc.!

I would say the answer to that is practice. I seem to UU things a lot quicker than most. I do love my baths which does help and if I don't like something them I repurpose it, I currently have a shower gel and I add this to my washing machine, shower gels/ bubble bath are excellent bathroom cleaners. I am targeting small body lotions at the moment so a 2oz pot lasts me about 4 uses. I have taken to using body lotion twice a day and I am quite generous in the evening. Saying that a 15ml eye cream lasted me 5 months and I used the last as hand cream. I also get thruogh tons of hand cream as I constantly have my hands in water at work.

I also want a jam donut.

    UU's
Lord of misrule bath ballisitc WDBA love this one

    penguin bubble bar WNBA

Enchanted bath salts WNBA I still do not really understand the point of bath salts, I much prefer bubble bars and ballisitcs. It did smell nice.

NB Princess body butter 2oz WNBA I now have only one of these left but it a 4oz pot.

E ruby red slipper moisturing spray 50ml WNBA It was nice but not my type of scent.

Vatican coconut hair oil 150 ml WNBA I liked it but buying coconut oil is cheaper.

    So white bath ballistic
    Cinders bath ballisitc

    3 perfume samples

I have managed to go into lush and boots and not buy myself anything but I have failed and managed to order some lancome stuff that comes with a lovely GWP, some will pobably be repurposed for Mothers Day. I will declare it when it arrives.
  • I'm another blaming my evil twin today... The Boots 3for2 ends tomorrow so I had a bit of a splurge.

    - La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo. Been pondering this for ages, finally bought it. Either it's a miracle worker or I'm claiming my money back
    - Aussie Colour conditioner. This was my freebie, have heard amazing things about Aussie and my hair is dry as straw after a year of home colouring.
    - S&G The Scrub of your life. Technically going in the stash as I have a scrub only just started (but it sucks and I can't wait for it to be empty).
    - Clarins Hydraquench. Only a mini sample, can never resist a good freebie.
    - Clarins Gentle Day Cream. As with Hydraquench.
    - Colgate toothpaste. For the stash.

1 UU to declare though: Superdrug Raspberry and macademia nut conditioner. Smells delicious, does nothing for my hair. WBA as a shaving 'gel' though.

    3. Philosophy Pure Grace body lotion
[strike]4. Radox shear butter and ginger shower cream[/strike]
    5. Ted Baker body lotion
    6. Ted Baker body spray
    7. Nivea Happy Time shower
    8. Jo Malone Pomegranate Noir perfume
    [strike]9. Alpha H balancing cleanser[/strike]
    10. Leighton Denny hand cream

I think my UUs may slow down this month because last month I used a lot of skin care mini sizes and my skin did not thank me for the chopping and changing. :o

    Hi all,
    Happy belated birthday Ruby!

6 UUs, 3 from my PP list. :T

Pantene hair treatment, RELIC - WNBA just seemed to go on forever and was no better than a conditioner.

Boots Slim & Sculpt anti-cellulite - WNBA, I don't think these creams work but if anyone has found one that does please shout!

Alpha H Balancing Cleanser - WBA and already have! To start with I wasn't impressed with this cleanser as it seems a bit basic, no scent, doesn't feel luxurious, etc. However, when my skin was in a bad way due to using too many different products, I went back to basics and used this. Within a week my skin was clear. I don't enjoy using it so it won't be my daily cleanser but it's definitely one I want to keep on standby.

Michael Di Cesare Clarifying oat hair wash sachet - WNBA didn't really do much but have another 6 sachets...

Head & shoulders cool menthol - WBA for my boys.

Gucci Guilty perfume sachet - WNBA but if bought for me I would happily use it.

Have one, maybe two splutterers so that's good.

    Hope all are well.

I have a few UU's. Nothing too exciting, a Neom hand cream which was quite nice but started on a Nip and Fab one out of a gift set from the sales after Xmas and I much prefer this one. Got 2 more in the stash but different 'flavours' so all good :)

UU a few sachets of different serums but not really getting the whole serum thing tbh. I haven't found that they make any noticeable difference to my skin and I've tried a few different ones ranging from sachets with a couple of uses in to minis with a weeks worth in them. Got a couple left to try but probably won't bother buying any when they're used and will just stick to a moisturiser.

UU a couple of shampoo and hair mask sachets and a couple of the mini Manuka Doctor things. Also UU my beloved Trilogy Rosapene cream which I WDBA when I'm a bit better off cash-wise.

Unfortunately I bought something too... Last week I bought a Carmex lip balm from the pound shop. I really didn't need this as I have 12 at home and 2 at work! But anyway, I was out without my coat or handbag (both of which I keep a lip balm in) and I'm totally OCD about applying it regularly so I bought it. Never tried Carmex before and wanted to for a while but not impressed with it. Tbh I felt like my lips became drier 10 mins after applying it! Anyhoo it's only a quid I suppose but would have really liked a 0 spend this month :(
    Never say never
  • UU- urban decay primer potion WBA (not until I've saved up a bit) as it's a HG.

TA- Barry m black crackle effect nail polish- don't like this product anymore thing it was a bit of a fad but tried to use it tonight anyway to get rid an it had totally congealed!

Technically an IN- boyfriend saw some nail polish on offer and bought me one as a present today because I'm a bit stressed and he wanted to cheer me up :) it's a Rimmel 60 second and think the colour is called something like sky blue but it's actually a teal colour :) really pretty he's very good at this stuff!
