I also saw her as she was about to hit me and felt the impact. I don't think she applied her breaks (it was the side of my car that stopped hers as the damage goes the length of my car)

That tallies with her being fairly close to you and not going particularly fast when you pulled out. If she'd been further away, she'd have hit the back of your car instead. If she'd been going at higher speed, the damage would have been much more extensive and she'd have lost control, continuing onwards, rather than coming to a stop.

Well the only reason she hit me the was she did was because she could go in a perfectly straight line. To get around the traffic on her side she would have had to move to the left slightly (into the road I was turning) to get around it (I only know this from looking at street view and the pictures I took at the time). Had she been going in a straight line she would have hit my back.

She did move me a good few meters as I was facing oncoming traffic from the direction I was intending to take, rather than being on the other side of the road where I was meant to be lol
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

What a novelty, a woman not wanting to accept blame :-\

Seems fairly clear cut to me.

I suspect if they were speeding and didnt brake you wouldnt be able to ask the questions you are currently asking.
