I sent an appeal email, he asked for my address, I sent another one back saying I didn't need to provide it and that he should provide me with a POPLA number (as per advice here and in the sticky), and I never heard a peep from him again. The company was just on Look North though, trying to scam a pensioner out of £100. He's trying it on.0
