a lot of stock in the leicester branch, however alot of the lights with massive discounts have been wiped off! Thanks to OP. I went to have a look but didnt really need any!

I too managed to get a bargain from the dregs that were left this weekend (in Blackburn branch). The advertised promotion is 1/3 off lighting, but I got a couple of tall leather base lamps reduced from £59 to £12.96!

A lot of the heavily reduced items had unsurprisingly already gone though. Though if you are after a silver (coloured) light fitting of the more unusual modern design (i.e. lots of weird metal shapes and odd covers for the halogen fittings, then you've probably got a decent chance of getting something still.

Cannock B&Q still have quite a few bargains. Managed to get 3 sets of lights knocked down from £180 to £40.

Cambridge,Newmarket Road had loads at lunchtime today,lamps wall and ceiling fittings of all shapes and sizes.Grabbed a couple of table lamps down from £25 to a fiver each.

I went into the B&Q in Galashiels tonight and bought a fab celing light which was £39.99 brought down to £8.98. Its really trendy and not at all what I thought that they would be reducing!!!They still have loads of wall lights, halogen downlighters etc too if anyone is interested.

Thankyou sooo much to mrs scrooge for this post! I am moving next week and the new house needs all new lighting. Went to B&Q in Barnsley and picked up probably £1000 of lighting for £189!!! The reduced price on the shelf edge label was reduced even further at the checkout!! I picked up a ceiling light from the designer collection reduced from £129 to £27!!! LOADS of halogens were reduced to silly prices aswell. THANKYOU!!!
