So you've logged into your account at redspottedhanky.com which has the same email address that you used when you registered for the F1 GP game last year at fantasygp.games-redspottedhanky.com

Then you've clicked on "My Account"
(which by default takes you to OrderHistory / Your Bookings)

then clicked on Loyalty

which opens up a new window at

loyalty.redspottedhanky.com

This will probably say "Hello, Customer"

and offer



Click on this "login" and the page should update so it then says

Hello YOUR NAME

and the Login/Register icon changes to one that says

You have:
XXXX Loyalty Points
Transaction history

What do you get if you do this ?

If you do not collect and redeem your points or e-vouchers by the end of the calendar year they will not be carried forward to the following calendar year.

though in my experience it only applies to loyalty points and not e-vouchers (as e-vouchers have their own expiry date). For future reference, remember to convert any loyalty points you have to e-vouchers at the end of the year.

But the loyalty points from last year's F1 game weren't credited until January this year, precisely to avoid the expiry issue. Mine appeared on 3rd Jan.

I'd suggest contacting RSH if you definitely qualified for points from the F1 game but haven't received them (remember you need to register for the game using the same email address as your redspottedhanky account).

But LAST year's 2013 F1 GP points did not get applied to anyone's account until THIS year 2014

The last GP of the 2013 F1 season was Brazilian Grand Prix on Sunday 24 November 2013 which was when the game finished.

Last years game rules and T&Cs said the points would be applied to participant's accounts within 28 days of the end of the competition.

I reality this meant the loyalty points would have a life expectancy of about 10 days - from Dec 22nd to Dec 31st - before they were GONE :eek:

To this end, RSH CHANGED the rules/T&Cs sending out an email to all teams on 23rd Dec

Dear ......

We want you to get the most from your redspottedhanky.com loyalty points so, to avoid any of you losing points at the end of the year we will allocate your points by the 10th January. This will mean that you have the whole year in which to spend them on train travel or through our loyalty portal.

Remember, you will be entitled to earn up to 1500 Loyalty Points (worth £15.00) based on your fantasy points. PLEASE NOTE: all points earned by race 1 participants over the period 16th/17th March 2013 will be allocated IN ADDITION to the 1500 maximum point allocation.

Have you read posts #18 and #26 ?

They should help a little.
The rules do look a little complicated and the actual scoring of points perhaps even more so ...


... but your choices are quite few and relatively simple,

and once you've picked your initial team setup for the 1st race (final decision by 16:59 on Friday 14th March) ...

.. you are then restricted to just 3 possible team changes (if you so wish) for each of the subsequent 18 Grand Prix that follow, the last being over the weekend 21st to 23rd November.

This allows you for instance to "sack" a driver that keeps crashing :eek:
and "employ" one that doesn't, who regularly finishes races and hopefully gets on the podium :j once in a while.
